▶ Here's the thing about a good NEIPA, it tastes great, yeah? Juicy, tropical, rich flavor, little pithy bitterness from the hops but well balanced overall. Here's the rub, a can of 8.5%abv at my age and I'm done for the day - like, put on an episode of "This Old House" and I'm out cold before Tom Silva even explains the rivets on a tape measure.
Enter: this coffee right here. Madman Edwin Noreña has taken an already righteous Gesha and co-fermented it with our very favorite Galaxy hops - theres a lot going on here, but the end product is exceptional.
