▶  Look, this is not a pinkies-out coffee, this is also not your cozy "best part of waking up" morning brew, if you're looking for a serious cup of Joe to fill your big dumb Stanley - this is not it.

This coffee is Little Rascals, pure liquid summer time fun. When I first opened the green coffee, I giggled - it's watermelon. Then on roasting, I giggled again, more watermelon. Then brewing - yup, more girlish giggling, more watermelon. Then I got a crazy awful idea and pulled some espresso with it - I reached max. giggle: pure watermelon.

Whether brewing hot, iced, or my favorite espresso and tonic - this funky jam from Edwin Noreño is a blast, a coffee that doesn't take itself too seriously and is right at home playing lawn darts at this summers backyard bbq.
